Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Norly, operated by Vladimir Pitenin (“Norly”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”), and govern your use of the Norly service: the website at norly.co, the application at app.norly.co, and everything they provide. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. You can reach us through the contact form.
1. What Norly is
Norly helps hospitality businesses collect customer reviews and manage their online visibility: smart landing pages for review collection, personalized video requests, QR codes and related printables, scan and team analytics, a private guest-feedback channel, guest-contact collection and email campaigns. We regularly improve the Service; features may change, and we'll communicate material changes.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 16 years or older to use the Service.
- The Service is intended exclusively for business customers. If you use Norly on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business.
- Norly is not offered to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you reside in these areas, you must not use the Service.
3. Subscriptions, pricing and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle handles payment processing, order-related inquiries and billing. Your payment details are collected and processed by Paddle — Norly never stores your card data.
- Monthly: $23.80 per month.
- Annual: $238.80 per year (equivalent to $19.90/month — two months free). Annual subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable.
- Prices are in USD and shown at checkout before you pay; applicable taxes are handled by Paddle.
- New subscribers get a 7-day trial with full functionality. After the trial ends, your subscription continues automatically at the regular rate unless you cancel before the trial expires.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in the app (Settings → Billing).
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Enterprise plans (15+ locations) are agreed individually and may have their own order form; these terms apply unless that order form says otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send unsolicited emails or spam. You confirm you have explicit consent to contact every email recipient in your campaigns, and you honor unsubscribe requests.
- Use the Service for illegal activities.
- Upload harmful, defamatory, offensive, or copyright-infringing content.
- Create, buy or solicit fake reviews through the Service, or use it in ways that violate the policies of the review platforms you connect (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor and others) as they apply in your market. Norly offers configuration choices; how you use them in your market is your responsibility.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, overload, resell or disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section — where practical, we'll warn you first.
5. Your content and your guests' data
- You retain ownership of the content you upload (videos, images, names, links). You grant Norly a limited, worldwide license to store, display and process it solely to provide the Service.
- You are fully responsible for ensuring your content and campaigns comply with all applicable laws.
- Data your guests submit through your Norly pages (ratings, feedback, contact details) belongs to your business: you are the data controller, and Norly processes it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it.
- We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service and for research that identifies no business or person.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, software and content (except your content) are ours and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific business outcomes — reviews, ratings, rankings and AI-assistant visibility depend on third parties (and your guests) that nobody fully controls. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norly is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or data, and Norly's maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norly, its operator, affiliates and partners against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
9. Termination
You can cancel and stop using Norly at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens when you do). We may terminate or suspend the Service for breach of these terms or legal requirements. After account deletion you can request an export of your guest contacts within 30 days; afterwards we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms periodically. Changes will be posted at norly.co and, for material changes, communicated via email or in-app notices at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the contact form at norly.co/contact. For purchase and billing questions you can also reach Paddle via paddle.com/contact.
